Your account

Provide accurate customer and KYC information, keep account credentials and OTPs private, and notify the store if you suspect unauthorized activity. Use the service only for lawful transactions you are authorized to make.

Prices and purchases

Metal prices can change. Review the metal, purity, weight, rate, taxes and any charges shown for your order before payment. A displayed live rate or portfolio valuation is informational; consult the confirmed transaction record for the rate and amount applied to a purchase.

Payments and SIPs

A payment is subject to confirmation from the payment provider. SIP frequency, amount, duration, benefits and any applicable restrictions are those shown for the selected plan. Keep sufficient funds available for authorized recurring payments. A failed payment does not establish a completed purchase.

Redemption

Redemption depends on eligible holdings, verification and the applicable plan conditions. Requests may require staff approval and confirmation of pickup or payout details. Review the quoted weight, value and any charges before confirming.

Cancellations, refunds and errors

Cancellation and refund availability depends on the transaction’s status and applicable order or plan conditions. Contact the store with your transaction reference for assistance with failed payments, duplicate payments or incorrect records. These terms do not remove rights available under applicable law.

Availability and responsible use

Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse other customers’ information or interfere with the service. Metal values can rise or fall; displayed valuations do not promise future returns.
